Renovating a 1960s glass home nestled in a woodland hillside involved blending contemporary design with the natural landscape. The existing stone cladding was replicated in the new kitchen and continues through a glass partition to the back patio, thematically blurring the boundary of indoors vs. out. The overall palette comes from the property such as mossy green tile, and rich earthy brown floors. Clean lines and chrome hardware finishes add a vintage sparkle, and a satisfying contrast to the more raw elements.
