Combining modern design and the allure of nostalgia, new life was breathed into the Fire Island retreat. Wood-clad walls now define the light-filled rooms where vintage and contemporary elements intermingle. A limited palette of sparkling glass tile, honed purple slate, and rich sea-blue millwork pay homage to the seaside setting. Furnishings build off of the architectural tones and the layout provides flexibility for the young family and their many guests all summer long.
